I returned to teaching 16 years ago, after many years working in industry and manufacturing.  I earned a Civil Engineering Technology degree, and an Industrial Technology Education Teaching Certification.  I went to work as a process/manufacturing engineer in such fields as: sheet metal fabrication, precision metal stamping, surface mount electronics and wafer fabrication at Texas Instruments. I spent 5 years teaching in Arlington, classes in Architectural Construction, Manufacturing Systems, Wood shop, Metal shop/Welding and Electronics. I am entering my 11th year with Waxahachie ISD, all at Global High School. Currently I am teaching the CIM - Manufacturing Classes, Electronics, Robotics and Introduction to Engineering and Design.
